It's an apartment complex spot. Go figure an apartment listening distance from a jail. So for me to pull it off I need to wear my safety vest and do it in broad daylight. Maybe get a baklava to wear over my face to further conceal who done it.

I'm going to get some surveyors paint that doesn't wash off and while they're at work I'm going to get a stencil and paint the following on their parking spot. The only difficulty with pulling this off is that it's located right dab next to a prison facility in the heart of my city.
