Cathy, one of my interpretations of what the secret boss of Deltarune chapter 5 could be. She’s the dark world version of the old TV in Asgore’s flower shop. She was replaced by Tenna years ago, and that caused her to hate lightners (except Asgore because he kept her), and spiral into insanity.
