What you said about books being too executive friendly, I wholeheartedly agree. When I got to the graduate level of leadership study, however, I found the inverse of be true. This book is really great about developing a positive culture that works for all members of the team.

The first book I’ll recommend. This book is HR focused, but it is written in a non textbook way, and helped me conceptualize how to solve problems. It’s also fairly short.
