Had to go to the eye Dr to get a new prescription. Got some new glasses but they won’t be ready for nearly a week.
Still not smoking. 🚭 There was a time when I thought it would be impossible and that I would surely die from it.

So, at the end of today it’ll have been one week since I stopped smoking. The hardest part has been the habitual behaviors and not withdrawals from nicotine or THC. Haven’t had headaches or anything. It’s not been easy, not in the slightest.

Day 5 of no smoking. The cravings have become less intense. Still the urge persists, but it’s weakening. Breathing better. Smelling and tasting have improved. I’m just feeling better in general.

Today is proving to be very difficult. Lots of intense cravings. I did give up both my nicotine vape and smoking cannabis flower. Went from nearly 300mg worth of edibles, plus smoking joints, bong and pipe daily, to only 50mg once a day, and, going through a 5000 hit Juicy Bar weekly to none. 😫😤🙃

The new Portugal. The Man album Shish is wild. So much going on. It’s a great album. Bought the vinyl for mid-December release but couldn’t wait so listened on streaming.

Still haven’t smoked. I thought today was going to be rough but wasn’t too bad. Cravings intense but rode them out. Finding I’ve a lot of free time that was spent smoking that I’m having to figure out what to do with. Going for walks and reading. Trying not to eat instead of smoking. 3 days so far.
