I’d say that the fact it’s a more competently made film than Phantom Menace means that maybe Phantom Menace should’ve been in a lower tier cause it makes Rouge One look worse than it does but I get why it doesn’t make you feel a lot. It’s a decent movie but it doesn’t do anything too spectacular.

I would not have put Rouge One in the same tier as Phantom Menace, but I agree with the rest of it
