I should have been clearer - the signs are at the junction of the cycleway with a busy main road. We had 9 warning signs for a low bridge and none to alert motorists that thousands of cyclists use the route daily

I wish. It took me a year of campaigning to get 2 “cyclists” road warning signs on the A431 at Bitton Station on of the UK’s most popular and busiest cycleways.

Early in the ride, I am full of joy - looking forward to every km. During the last 20km, this changes to “why did I think this was a good idea?” 😄
