hmm... it depends on the vibe. 1 feels as though she's first descending down into the depths of what's to come. 2 feels like she's either in the fray, or discovering something.

the feeling is natural. but i want to challenge this for a bit. this was a big launch day. staff was likely getting slammed with people and not all of them reacting nicely to start with. employees (the ones that care) are getting overwhelmed trying to keep up. things will happen. they are human.
