Locktober left room for improvements for me. I hadn't been caged in so long, my body was no longer used to long term lockup and I had to take quite a long break.

Using the time now to work back up to being caged for longer time. Starting with weekdays on weekends off; slowly building up endurance.

That's awful. I'm really sorry you had to go through that. So much energy misplaced.
