They apparently are eyeing Rogers for the role, if I remember right. Heavy Ukraine hawk (conflict lover in general) which I'm not necessarily against, but people get way too excited about guys who want the war itself to be good, not the peace afterward.

We know they're definitely still used as aggressor trainers and ballistic missile trainers.
