B.C. made this one for Taemin for Metamorph with a similar treatment.

It appears that the crystals on Minho’s jacket got his concert last night were mostly heat-set on with an ombré effect. It’s beautifully done!

Based on the extra dimension of some of them (you can see it on the shoulder here) I think that some larger crystals have been stitched on as well. +

And lastly, there’s that same Dion Lee tank top in black as well, which Taemin wore at LA KCon in July 2024

The Kpop industry is so wasteful. It’s often considered gauche to wear the same costume more than once, shoving in a closet, never to be seen again.

But Taemin, an environmentalist, reuses things a LOT, both professionally and personally. Here are some examples (Thread) +

I’ve loved seeing a through line with Taemin’s styling.

At the KGMAs, he wore a jacket which included an open-back detail. It was cut open as an arc with some strapping to control it a bit, but still allowing for movement.

At Ephemeral Gaze, it was an arc with a sheer insert.

I was excited to see Taemin in another outfit with a garter belt detail at his KGMA 2024 performance. While garter belts are centered more along the front of the thigh, I’m claiming this anyway! Also:

Last night at the KGMAs, Taemin wore a choker with an upside down crescent. In Greek mythology, it symbolizes Selene, goddess of the moon.

She symbolizes the duality of the light and dark, transformation and rejuvenation, and is closely associated with femininity.
