Malignant narcissism, paranoia, sadism, and anti-social psychopathy are on the ballot. Sad! (But true.)

I'm excited! (Rare for me, exciting in itself.) "Why?" you might ask. Well, my short story, "Billy's Paradox," was recently named runner up in @press_53 's Prime Number Magazine Award for Short Fiction.

I'd be delighted if you took a look at the story:

One great thing about film photography is that you have to wait to see your images. Another great thing is you can misplace a roll of film for long enough to forget what's on it. Here's one from winter 2020 that I just found. I had no idea what was on it. Brrrrr!!!

Sadly, one of the best improvements to Larpenteur Avenue is temporary - but for now, peds and bikes rule the road in Falcon Heights.

If you appreciate and often return to artwork centered around love and loss, you will feel something achingly familiar about this piece by Ocean Vuong: www.nytimes.com/interactive/...
Opinion | Ocean Vuong on Becoming a Father to His Brother (Gift Article)
Three weeks after my mother died, my brother moved in with me. In our grief I emerged as a kind of father.

If Wisconsin offered Tim Walz a $40,000 Harley Davidson, the entire Republican Party would have a full melt down.

My father used to say that the first thing that separated human beings from other animals was not language or art or music, but the ability to tie knots.

I had polio when i was 9. I was taken from my parents & placed in a Hospital for contageous diseases- the polio ward. I would see them once a week - thru the glass window at the end of my ward. I could not walk. It was terrifying. Kids died. Iron lungs were awful. Dont let RFK Jr ban the vaccine

It's actually funny to watch Turnip pressure Vance to stump for Gaetz. It's a loyalty test - the whole reason behind the nomination in the first place.

50% of Canadians live south of Duluth, and part of Canada is south of Detroit. This means moving from Minnesota to Canada is a parallel move at worst.
