Though,I know why in eps 3 and 4 she frustrates more than (I THINK) it's intended - (necessary) insane time gaps from Season 1 that feel like empty voids with no off-screen development (like S2 directly continues Pilot and she didn't make the same mistakes before)

I used to chat with a young teacher once - it's insane stress. And knowing Charlie's personality and issues, it's even harder for her
