I apologize if you try to make sense of me by watching what I share and like here, because there is not much connecting it. I can tell I like videogames (specially with photo mode), people's drawings and MAYBE politics. I speak both Spanish and English.
I miss when this strange man was just the dude who uploaded the Bloodborne soundtrack and not the weirdo we all know and feel unclmfortable about today.

Yeah it was very strange. It went well beyond what used to be those somewhat cute character accounts like Sesame Street's Elmo's, back before Twitter became the Hellsite. Felt more... clingly. It was just weird.

It is also very funny because every once in a while I used to read Church documentation and a lot of the higher ranks of the clergy saw superstitions like these as "anti-Christian" on account of being seen as belief in witchcraft - which the Church vehemently said was not real and held no real power

In Spain, my grandmother - may she rest in peace - told me it used to be seen as using "the devil's hand" and as such teachers would use that as justification for why they tried to (literally) beat left-handedness out of kids. I always thought it was entirely a Francoist Spain stigma.

According to folk in the replies, apparently the article itself does mention the symbolsim and the iconography durign the show in the article itself (can't confirm because it requires me to pay and fuck paying Bezzos). The skeet is just particularly bad when it comes to saying what's actually in it.

Oh, I remember when my LoL fan friend told me about the weird Seraphine parasocial thing. I thought he was messing with me, but nope, it was real real. It wasn't even the funny character blogs of old, it was full-blown parasocial shit.

It is very funny to see the American public undergoing what most of the world has gone through the last few decades and (at least for the right) having a meltdown over it.

My dad has loved American music since the 80s but he never really knew what most were saying until the advent of YouTube.

I know right?! It's so lame!

I would buy a zeppelin instead. The mobile home of the skies.

Not that long ago I saw an online thread calling the save icon in Microsoft office "cabinets" because they did not know what a floppy disk was.
Yeah...

Normally I would go and say "this is a semi-regular visual resource meant to represent a character dying and attaining salvation" but then I remember it's Darren Aronofsky and realize that fuck, it probably WAS lifted.

He couldn't even adapt his own play without taking stuff from someone else.

I don't mean to say this as a way to state I don't believe it or anything, so bear with me when I ask the Whale took it's ending from WHERE?!

Hear, hear! This world needs the muppet films!

They would never be able to make me hate you, bull pup, no matter how many times they say you are "not fit for service" or "too nice for a war dog". We will prove them wrong when beastmaster rolls around!

He might be a Tyrant, but he's also the Gentleman Tyrant.
