Her plan is to "freeze utility rates". That doesn't mean prices will go down. Utility rates skyrocketed because NJ Democrats and Phil Murphy supported the Green New Deal, and made NJ a net energy importer. They're also complicit in endangering Northeast Atlantic Right Whales
