An example would be his media photo shoot at which he was shown "cleaning up," a homeless camp, which in reality had been cleared of all it's inhabitants by the police based on policies upheld by his office.

Both I, and the world at large, knows that Mr. Takei is a part of the queer comminity, and even a cursory google search will show Newsom's transphobic positions. Since you mention "and more," I will add that most groups he purportedly feels sympathetic toward, he ends up harming through direct acts.

I do wish that such a recognizable figure like yourself would avoid supporting people like Newsom, as he has demonstrated himself to be an advocate against the LGBTQIA+ community.
