The adjustment is instead of voicing our anger at the federal government in general, we are communicating to our representatives that we will hold them responsible for inaction.

Protesting outside Lieu’s office would only be worth it if the action encourages him to act forcefully and swiftly to regain war powers. Most congresspeople are only posting vague objections to the bombings. We need someone to outline concrete actions about bringing votes to the floor, etc.

What does this get us? Wouldn't it be better to protest outside Representative @reptedlieu.bsky.social Ted Lieu's office nearby and invite the media? He has a position of leadership within the House Democrats, but hasn't posted anything about the Iran bombings or what the House will do about it.
