As only 20% of Americas voice actors are Union and that 80% can only sign so many HT’rs before being blacklisted by SAG. This is to prevent SAG from monopolizing the Voice Acting Industry into a SAG only club, because as said, not everyone can join SAG.+

1) give the VAs who want their roles back their roles. This can be a way to mend relations.
2) Hoyoverse adds a clause to a new contract for ALL VAs to sign stating clear AI protections. This will hopefully make things clear with their stance on AI.
3) SAG needs to make new rules for voice actors+

They are disabled and need the money. A similar case can be made for Kinich’s new VA. He has a child. I’m not excusing the replacement, but I’m showing reason behind him taking the role. What should be done, is the following, in my opinion, to make things right for all parties involved.+

To join SAG, which as said costs money that not every VA has. The biggest thing I want everyone to remember is that ALL voice actors are people with limited Time, Resources, and Money. They also all have their own responsibilities. This is why Paimon’s VA has had to work through the strike. +

On the other side of the coin #SAGAFTRA needs some changes as well. The VAs who are members of SAG need to remember there are reasons not every VA can join SAG, and that is MONEY. To be a part of SAG costs money. Money that not every VA has. I say this as after your third HT’r you are pressured+

Sides of this debacle. First off, #hoyoverse needs to include anti ai in their contract to make it clear as day the roles are safe. Atop of that, they also need to be shown the most affordable option to make this agreement work. Yes they make a billion dollars, but we need to account rates for VAs.+

But that brings us to the problem at hand. Why hasn’t hoyoverse signed the interim? I will say this, I don’t think it’s AI. If it was they would have replaced Kinich with AI, along with Lycaon and Soldier 11. I think there is another reason for this, that was pointed out to me. It’s a mix from both+

That they are going through. They deserve job security when this generative learning algorithm (I won’t call it AI, as it isn’t even close to that) is threatening to take it away. Their jobs deserve security. They deserve to be able to continue their passions. Be that any of the VAs striking. +
