1) i sketch draw on paper
2) i scan said paper into my pc/take a photo with my ipad
3) trace over said sketch with a square brush with no antialiasing
4) duplicate the layer a bunch
5) fill tool the colours
6) 25% transparancy square brush and just kinda shade it i guess
