The neighborhood ran roughly between University Avenue to the north, Selby Avenue to the south, Rice Street to the east, and Lexington Avenue to the west.

YES! And, the same is true for psychotherapists! If your client isn’t “complying,” it is the professional that needs to change. It is NOT a “bad client.” Heads up for therapists everywhere!
