I know Sora has to be grounded to summon and that most auto dismissed if you fly, but I landed on Big Ben during the fight to test and the Summon command was greyed out, at least in the PS2 version

Hey Chugga I know you won't be taking feedback for a bit but if you see this I was hoping if you could check something. I was getting ready to fight the Phantom super boss and discovered you can't summon during the fight. I'm on the PS2 version and wondered if this persists to the remasters.
