Did you know the Selby requested occupancy to begin on November 12, 2018, but on November 15, 2018, Doug Ford suddenly abolished Rent Control provisions for buildings first occupied on or after that day. So instead of opening as planned, we waited a few days until Nov 19 to avoid rent control. 😃
