People are animals, drawing of the line and elevating one while denigrating the other which creates dichotomy. It is the belief that humans are somehow not part of a closed system which produces the illusion of superiority. But, such is the basis of all theology and the bane of science.

Uh, "doctor", the real issue, at the bottom of the pile, underlying it all is one simple truth. There are more 'homo sapiens' on the planet than the planet can actually support. Yet, I don't see anyone queuing up to help alleviate the problem. You go ahead and pontificate on your hollow judgement.

A manufactured lie. There is a Natural Gas Processing center in Arizona which annually releases as much methane as every mammalian creature on the planet. And it is only one of half a dozen "super emitter" sites worldwide.

Every year, more critters are born than needed. Can't free 'em or kill 'em and just let 'em rot. So, fatten them up as food. "Use every bit but the noise" means the skins get used too.
