A poll shows 30% of Americans approve of what Elon is doing. Funny how anyone paying attention could actually get behind him. Also funny how it always seems 30%, give or take, is always the number of people who never have their shit together. These folks are why we can't make progress.

Went to run a local trail and freaking Courtney Dauwalter was there! After seeing her several times and saying hi over 25+ miles I couldn't resist being a fanboy. 😃 She's as friendly and awesome as you'd expect.

Pink Floyd had maybe the most incredible 4 album run with Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall. And I know not every fan likes Animals but at times it feels like my favorite #pinkfloyd album. Thoughts?

Finally got the official results for the 2024 Level 32 trail series! That was a lot of tough races including a rush back from a broken ankle to finish the year. Very proud of this accomplishment! #trailrunner
