it's not really the bare minimum imo. the graphics in the environments aren't outstanding but the art direction is nice & the character models and animations are great imo. nothing abt it seems bare minimum to me at all. video games have become very expensive though

the tutorial is horribleeeee though it holds you completely hostage for like 2 hours

i think the characters are really funny and endearing, the animations are really good & i just find the battling system & gameplay loop rly fun. i mostly like catching pokemon & looking for shinies, i dont do any sort of online play so cant speak to that. but i like it better than arceus tbh

i loved the simpsons as a really really little kid and i had to close my eyes during itchy and scratchy LOL. i was somehow fine with the treehouse of horror eps tho which were like 10x yuckier

i miss abilities & being able to say hi to your pokemon but like whatever. im runnin around

i actually kind of like being treated like a teacher lol, most of my coworkers are a lot younger than me so it's a good way to be social at work without feeling like a loser who's trying to pass as a youth. plus it's funny that the songs are things like boys a liar pt 2. like yeah I've heard that
