Took a stab at it based on that idea, but with terminology more in line with other cards. Couldn’t resist giving it a new Enchantment subtype that felt appropriate.
A magic card based on the image and idea in the post this replies to. The cost is 3 W/B mana. It is an Enchantment, subtype sacrament. Card text is: White creatures enter the battlefield with 2 additional -1/-1 counters on them. Angels enter the battlefield with 2 additional -1/-1 counters on them. Humans enter the battlefield with 2 additional -1/-1 counters on them. Whenever a creature with -1/-1 counters on them dies, their controller creates an X/X Insect Horror token where X is the number of -1/-1 counters that were on the creature.
