Assuming the person does art for their main job, if they have too many customers, they should raise prices according to demand so that they have a reasonable workload and not get overwhelmed with comms, and make more money while at it.

Even if we got to mars and we're able to produce methane fuel there (lots more ifs there) only the upper stage would be landing on and taking off from mars, the lower booster is just for earth.

Doesn't that just sort of lead to the question why make a massive complex liquid fueled rocket that needs powered landing rather than just use solid state boosters if they are simpler and we can already reuse them? I know we want to land the main booster too still but it'd make it smaller and easier

Companies actively against LGBT like hobby lobby/ChickfilA just aren't going to show lgbt support. Some more passive repub donors might. Lots of big tech (Microsoft) used to primarily support democratic party. Being universally "corpo lgbt support sucks" has no nuance needed
May 27, 2025 at 4:30 PM
An issue is that broad society doesn't have the nuance to remember which companies are actively supporting LGBT vs just stating support, and in either case isn't stating support better than staying silent? Especially with a right wing push against companies showing lgbt support.

The point is not for the companies to benefit by being recognized for supporting pride, it's to benefit the lgbt community to have big companies show support in pride month, signal to homophobes that broader society accepts lgbt and going against that disagrees with society.
May 27, 2025 at 4:21 PM
Corps didn't invent the "pride month" idea, they're just playing along with the idea the lgbt community founded.

And this may have been a fine sentiment years ago but now the right is actively pushing for "go woke go broke" it's not an assumption that rainbow = money, it's a choice to support

I get anti-corporatism but I think it does harm to societal lgbt support when the lgbt community lashes out at companies for putting on a pride facade. They see showing support for pride (facade or not) as not well received and right wing backlash more risky, they'll just not support lgbt instead
