That's the weakest argument I've ever heard for more taxation, more government control, more regulation. Can you try harder Dr Julie?

Finally we can afford housing. Houses in my area back in 2017 were affordable. Since 2022, they've almost shot up 80%. Eastern NC and Eastern FL.
