2. INTEGRATE ADAPTOGENS 🌼 this category of #herbs is SO supportive in helping us adapt (as the name suggests) to stress of all kinds and maintain balance. Best taken over time, a few herbs in this category include ashwagandha, reishi, astragalus, and tulsi (my personal fave)!
