Today the High Court of Australia refused Kirralie Smith’s special leave to appeal against a judgment from the NSW Supreme Court not in her favour. With costs.

If I found myself campaigning for the same things as the proverbial devil, in this case preventing trans kids living their best life, I would be booking myself in for some counselling to try and work out where I took a wrong turn. The devil is the baddie, are they not? 🤔🤷♀️

That only “over 100” (oh my lord … my brain struggles to comprehend that huuuuge number 🫠) people, many of which were already publicly known as not believing it is possible to be trans, signed a letter is so very niche and proves beyond ANY doubt how minuscule their numbers really are. 1/

As I said earlier, I am sooo disappointed in JK Rowling that she appears to think that the world is a lesser place because of my positive impact on it. At least in Australia, we now know that it is unlawful to discriminate against ANYBODY because of their gender. ❤️🏳️⚧️
