Went on a hike to Window Cliffs in Tennessee today.
Needed it after a hard day yesterday.
I also fell while out on the hike & have a bruised ankle & hip… well worth it for the views.

He started limping a bit, so we took a break & he found a nice spot to lay down for a few minutes.

I just want to go home & wrap my Otis in my arms.
I am beyond thankful for each & every moment I have with My Otis, even as dementia is starting to kick in at his old age.

It’s so scary watching our beloved pets get older.
My own dog is only a few months older than Teyah & I’m watching him slip mentally & physically.
Yesterday, he couldn’t figure out how to lower his right front leg & my heart broke.
