It's taken a week¹ to resize the book from 6x9 to a yummy-looking 8x10 & make it 2-column format. That saves 150+ pages & allows us to drop the price by $1.

Yes, the book will be available on Kindle and also as an 8x10 paperback. Currently only the eBook is available for pre-order, but both are out mid-January.
