My son has decided he would like to start a Thousand Sons army.
Ordered the Combat Patrol today. In the meantime, I've dug out some very old Tzeentch marines I badly painted yonks ago to start restoring them for him.
A fun little project!

Really just using this as an excuse to repost my recently completed chaos knight lancer.
Upgraded my chaos knights with a third big knight (Cerastus lancer) ready for the first game with the new codex tomorrow.
The shield, made with spirit hosts, is really cool even if I do say so myself.

1. Silent King (lovely model)
2. Loads of Imperial Guard catachan infantry, a hellhound, kasrkin and rough riders
Mid-build - Cerastus knight lancer.

Nicely done. I painted my whole 2k Tyranid army with dry brushing (for all but the tiny details) last year, it's a great technique I want to experiment with further.
