I think they are of the opinion that the first time was divisive and paralysed the country for years so they dont want any more big political mo events regarding the EU.

It is, but it's specifically that they should have put a remedy in place sooner.
They eventually put a new rota in place so the two wouldn't be sharing a room and that was good enough.
So it's basically that the trust didn't act as quickly as they should.

Issue is the way gender reassignment is defined, as from one sex to another.

I'm stuck with the weird in-between the UK seems to encourage. I weigh most things in g, people in stone, small distances in mm or cm but large distances in miles. Liquids in litres but fuel economy in miles per gallon...

Well, I'm Trans, and I think that's probably enough reason. But sadly, I don't earn enough to qualify as in demand anywhere. PACS administration is a very UK centric career apparently and in most other countries they seem to cover it using clinical staff rather than IT professionals 😅

I'm trying to work out the logistics of this myself. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that the job I do (specialist tier 3 IT for NHS Radiology) exists there and I have no Qualifications beyond 12 years experience in the job so it's a bit of a pain. Might have to take an entry level IT support job...
