To those of you experiencing hard Saturn transits rn (especially Moon-Saturn shit): You will make it through this. Yes, things are very difficult right now. Yes, your whole life might be in flux. And it’s so so hard. But you will get to the other side. Saturn’s hellscape is impermanent

Really shows that hard transit Saturn aspects to a person’s natal Moon can have extremely detrimental effects on sleep, nourishment, and mental well-being. Saturns ability to restrict and deprive becomes clashes with the Moon’s ruling topics (sleep, body, etc.)

And it’s crazy to me because literally just last year when I was experiencing this same transit (my dad and I both have Gemini Moons, but mine is slightly earlier at 13 degrees), my insomnia got super bad and I was the most anxious I had been in years
