Same here, Spiketail was especially difficult on Draconian. I am hoping DQII will feel a bit more balanced.

Agreed, really enjoyed what I have played so far. Also, if you haven't unlocked Mahjong make sure you save before you play a hand. You can lose a lot of money if you come in last.

Some of the areas, like the undersea ones, definitely have similarities to Folklore. But overall I think Clair Obscur feels different. More dreamlike or abstract than a fae atmosphere maybe?
