Also, fun fact. The voice actor for Roswaal also voiced Jade in Tales of the Abyss, one of my favourite characters from one of my favourite games.

... Approaching harem territory a bit too much. Not really a huge problem though (for now anyway).
Other than that though I definitely loved it. Recommend for anyone who's into anime.
Looking forward to rest of season 3, might check out the novel soon.

Those are my general impressions. I have some minor gripes, mainly, too much casual sexism (though I've seen the novel has more moments of Subaru and others acting more queer and else, so this may be more of an anime issue). Also Subaru gets a bit too much attention from women for my taste. //

Subaru's development is def one of the highlights. He starts out as a total clown, and now dare I say he's actually likeable as a character.
Otherwise, the entire cast is pretty great, no notes here mostly. The plot is sort of a mystery, I like that though, it's satisfying to see it all unravel. //

Saw some say it's still a power fantasy, and sure, it is in a sense, but it's a much more interesting one. I find it more compelling than your typical op main character. //

Haven't played the Judgement games yet though I've had it on my mind for a while. How do they compare to the main series?

Playing Vesperia? Awesome. One of my favourite from the series. Finding all the side quests was a bit of a pain though.
