30s.
Rat fleeing a sinking ship.
Again.
The ship economy is in shambles.
I did too because of the giant kaiju ghost. I've since warmed up to the first, but moreso on a conceptual level (the idea that even the divine falter against the ingenuity of common humanity is weirdly hopeful for an otherwise toxically liberal movie), I think as a film I'll still prefer the second.

wish sega didn't become so actively hostile to sonic characters going off their iconic forms, I miss having a meaningful threat robotnik like this around.

depending on who you ask, that answer exists in the King gunshitter stuff. That fact, however, is subject of debate, as some say it is pennywise who is the mom, not offspring, and who begot who is-

Like I said, real devil, real name, don't tempt fate into producing a Dark Tower cinematic universe.

Unfortunately for you, most unfortunately for you, there is literally a preexisting expanded universe King has constructed and subsumed the vast majority of his written history into. You jest, but you are calling the name of a very real devil, as if it will not appear.

I dunno, I feel "A Shadow Over Innsmouth but smart zombies instead of fish people" probably explains it pretty quick and tidy.

Another good film in this specific niche is Dead and Buried (1981), if you would like more.

Deeply underrated science fantasy, more people need to see it.

Anything in the photos you don't recall being there when you took them?
No reason, just asking.

aw, they didn't replicate the alien earth suit's tail visibly being tied to its back. Immersion = broken

where between these two points rests the Hot Wheels Attack Pack: Dinosaurs (1993) Stego-Striker?

tbh I have a sneaking suspicion all realms of the franchise are currently lore agnostic to an extent (even when certain preexisting story elements would have thematically reinforced certain new narratives being told), so I say go for it. Give'r and see what comes of it, it's the only way to be sure.

any thoughts about your own sorta celebrity status afterwards?

It's an unfortunate fusion of those who enjoy narratives that utilize expansive interconnected worlds projecting expectations of that onto narratives which don't, and those who don't understand multiple writers writing for the same brand are not really obligated to align their writing to each other.

this AMV was the thing that convinced me to give it a shot, and I am grateful for it because Palme quickly became one of my all-time favorites. Maybe it'll help convince someone else too.

Such an interesting, frustrating show. Tangible stakes (humans die *not* rarely), some morally dynamic characters, fascinating ideas about how differently digimon and humans treat mortality, and a mystery to explore for 67 episodes... but only like 6 of them have any relation to overarching plot :/

Raatma proved that the franchise can easily bounce back from low points, and for this we all Hail

Then who is your Jon?
I could see Jenny's posturing for wanting to detach from common human experience and failing to be a potential through-line there.

would yours include the same genre shift into horror/scifi?
