I get that gig ticket prices are going up but the add on fees are taking the piss now. Just paid £30 odd quid for a ticket: fine. But there was a £4.06 booking fee (I'm sure this used to be a quid) £1 venue levy, £1.50 process fee and £2.50 Delivery and transaction fee for an e-ticket! Fuck.Them.All

The night club I went to when I first started going out is currently on fire and collapsing. It's been closed for years. It was a terrible club with terrible music but it was a beautiful building, an old Wesleyan Chapel.
"The Wesley" it's quite sad. Lots of memories. It was a shit name though.

The new cafe down the road certainly has a vibe. People have said they've gone for a classic greesey spoon look but it felt more like some liminal space in a RPG video game.
