Update: I cut into it after a 10 hour rest and here is the crumb structure. Turned out pretty nice the first try. Looking to improve further the next go around.

I present to you all, Bread. They look so hot right now(just out the oven). Time for them to cool off to see the inside. First try sourdough bread made.

Update, after feeding Breadon more flour than water they now have risen and doubled in size! We'll see if I can maintain this for when it is time to bake.

None of my friends bake any bread near me and I was initially hesitant making starter myself as I didn't want to do the whole discard/ taking care of it and then accidentally letting it die. I hope yours gets going though and if it doesn't at least you have a fall back with the KAB one you ordered!

I just started a no discard sourdough starter last week. Named them Breadon. It isn't quite working out. Never have done starter before and I think Breadon had too much water. We'll see if Breadon can get that water weight off to bulk up soon.
