The paste hopefully can hide the flavor. I tried just the pill with the treats and if it dissolved too much he would not eat it. The paste was a game changer. But of course, the cat has to like the taste of the paste!

I use a pill paste. It is bacon flavor. I put licky treat on a paper towel, put the paste covered pill on the treat and cover it with some more.
