I am a boomer. I watch my friends stay in their jobs because they don’t know how to fill up their days. They don’t need the income & are depriving young people of an opportunity to advance. This holds true for politicians as well. The baby boomers should finish their terms & retire.

Trump pulls these stunts to antagonize Democrats. He thrives on division & knows that when Democrats loudly protest, it riles up MAGAS. So the whole country is at odds. He claims violence is rampant with the ultimate goal to pour more troops into other cities til the military is in all blue states.

Rather than mourn Kirk, we should mourn the lives of all children who died a violent death from guns. Let’s memorialize their lives and let Kirk disappear into ignominy.

I think it takes guts & grit to mock Trump using his own exaggerated writing style. Newsom is much more clever & articulate than Trump, & using comedy to make a fool of him is genius. Trump hates to be mocked through humor as Obama did in 2011. Trump never got over that roasting.

But the Texas map to eliminate 5 Democrat’s districts is OK? It astonishes me that the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives would post such a hypocritical piece of garbage. Texas started the gerrymandering. California is simply evening the playing field and fighting fire with fire.

How much did Trump’s debacle cost us? Aside from the millions spent on Air Force 1, the flyover & other monetary costs, there is no way to calculate the embarrassment Trump now faces on the world stage as a peacemaker. They should have researched what led up to the Camp David Accords. Amateur Hour.
