Start small! I took up zentangle drawing about a year ago- the basic drawing surface is just 3.5 inches square. It’s a form of mindful meditation - I love it!

Last night I literally handed my copy of “Wicked” to my husband and said “look how soft and floppy this book is” He took it and appreciated it for a few secs. I recently bought a book based on it having the right “feel”.
