Another walk this afternoon, this time around Brickfield Pond in Rhyl with my son. The low sun setting behind the clouds looked striking.

My #mentalhealth became very low this morning after being triggered by SM. All my self doubts came to the core & upset me so I went for a long #wellbeing walk in our beautiful locality. I know my posts aren't zany, funny or crazy, but neither am I. I'm just me, trying my best to be a good person.

Bbbrrrr - wrapped up nice and snuggly for a walk on the local seafront. Wonderful and refreshing, so good for #mentalhealth and #wellbeing.

Lovely, VERY fresh walk this morning along the Kinmel Bay & Rhyl seafront. It blew many cobwebs away lol.

Had a lovely afternoon at the Red Breasts meet up for breast cancer survivors at The Red, Dyserth, hosted by Jules Jones Peters, widow of Mike Peters.
Then popped over the road to get wet at the Dyserth #Waterfalls which had a very strong force due to all the rain we've had. Utterly amazing.

A lovely local walk this morning down to Foryd Harbour, Rhyl.

Came home to find out the very sad news that a lady we know who worked so very hard supporting the community has suddenly passed away, only in her 40's. She was a good kind woman, her loss will be felt deeply by many. May she RIP.

Morning! The week has started with a very big spider giving me a fright on the doorframe of our dining room when I came downstairs - Mr C to the rescue with an empty yoghurt pot & piece of paper to move it outside. At least we then got to enjoy the beautiful early morning sky. Happy Monday everyone!

Exactly! And my Rainbow Ted agrees.

A gorgeous Sunday morning walk with Mr C through winding country lanes looking down to Llandudno, the Great Orme and its pier. Absolutely wonderful.

Fabulous Saturday night seeing The Lottery Winners in Llandudno with @jamescurran.bsky.social. A really wonderful, emotional, heart warming gig for so many reasons. They really are such a unique live band and such kind, lovely people.

I've just finished #knitting this baby blanket. It's knitted using Caron Baby Cakes in pastel pink, cream, taupe & beige. It's 32 inches squared & is so soft. My best friend of 52 years will become a grandmother for the 1st time in the new year & this blanket is for her granddaughter 🥰😍.

Morning! Hope it's a good day for you. Thank you to those of you who commented on my post about my dad's anniversary yesterday - always a hard day.
I went for a walk in the morning with my mate, weather was beautiful (unlike today's rain), so we made the most of it & walked on the seashore.

What can I say? My dad will be looking down and cheering and clapping so much! What a day for this result. 🇮🇪❤

Hi Indigo, I've never seen your exterior, but if your exterior mirrors your personality & kindness then I know you must be utterly beautiful. Today is World Kindness Day - please start being kind to yourself today. Believe what everyone is saying x

28 years ago today since my dad passed away. A proud County Limerick man he came from Ireland to work on civil engineering contracts around the UK in '48. Met my Welsh mam & they married in '55. I'm the youngest of their 5 children. Lots of lovely memories, dad lives on in our hearts forever.

I try and keep my posts on SM positive. However, I went for a walk this morning & this photo just about sums up the experience.
