We don't have to get to checkmate in one move. Start by letting businesses buy group plans from Medicare. Have Medicare charge (avg cost per Medicare user last year) + 10%. Same for the individual plans. Businesses will save money, consumers will save money and get better care.

You're not wrong about the motivation for the war, but I would have done the same thing. Protecting critical infrastructure is a logical choice.
