It’s pictures again.

This is a roll of Lomography Turquiose I shot yesterday in the Leica R4. Pretty sure these turned out okay.

The Chroma Click photos, on the other hand, appear to be damaged by light leaks that I didn’t see in full frame.

That this would be released on the afternoon that it would receive the fewest views of the year says something about what the Republicans think of its importance.

House Republicans release transcript and video of Jack Smith's closed-door testimony before Judiciary Committee
The former special counsel who brought charges against Trump during the Biden administration had wanted to testify in public, but Republicans refused his request.

It’s pictures.

Second round with the Chroma Click. First round was full frame, and I got to see the full character of the lens. And boy, does it have character to spare. Before I pass judgement, though, I wanted to see if half frame would tame it. The lens was designed for 24x24 after all.

I bought $10 of switches from uxcell via Amazon on December 2. They still haven’t arrived. Amazon says they’ve been out for delivery since December 12; uxcell told me they were still shipping from China and should be here by the 30th. I’m sure it cost them all their profit to deal with me asking […]

It’s pictures, and it isn’t pictures.

I took the Chroma Click out yesterday and today for its maiden run. Yesterday was overcast, gray, and dark. I loaded the camera with FPP Derev Pan 400, and hoped for the best. Those pictures are barely visible. Today was […]

I didn’t need another camera. Really I didn’t. But I couldn’t resist this Chroma Click. Another toy to play with, and it does half frame or full frame.

Took my Intrepid Super 120 System out for a test this morning in the fog.

It failed.

It ripped the leader on a brand new roll of HP5+.

Brought it home, opened it up. Rethreaded the now useless roll to see what happened. While winding with the back open, the winder snapped off.

I’ve emailed […]
