Good enjoyable competitive game today. Didn’t need the big pitch and a slope though. As I haven’t been able to train much this week do to trying to shake off a chesty cough and aching body #referee #matchofficial #grassrootsfootball

Tomorrow's match against City is our #RainbowLaces match. The captains will wear rainbow armband's & there'll be programme content, alongside branded LEDs, ball plinths, handshake boards & more to promote inclusion & celebrate that football is for all. In the Kop we'll be holding our banner high.

Superb from the reds tonight. Looking at the two players tonight. I know they played slightly different roles but Gravenberch was a class above Bellingham tonight. Bradley can also take Mbappe out of his pocket now.

Not the week I wanted with a weight gain of 0.1kg but I didn’t referee at all this weekend and had a 3 course meal for my wife’s birthday on Sunday. Overall it’s probably a win

Well the weather has annoyingly kiboshed my game tomorrow. So taking a trip up to the Dale instead for the derby game. We need to be better than last week. #upthedale

Ok so wanted to make my first post positive Im currently on a journey to improve my physical and mental health Thorough Man vs Fat Football. I like to give updates on my progress. So my last weigh in I’ve clocked up total loss of 7.1 kg meaning I’ve lost 5.8% of my weight since I started. Stay tuned
