Yes I understood that bit, but my main point was that originally THFBS and NJO film were supposed to be linked before the project got scrapped and why the Rey film is going through multiple writers and revisions etc.

Atp who knows, it could be revisted or not. All we know is that LF were very enthusiastic about it.

Just seeing Ben somehow survive and traveling around the galaxy as a reformed version of himself, atoning for the actions he has caused as Kylo Ren and doing good, helping people as his true self, the man that he was always meant to be.

Exactly, even if this project never saw the day of light, LF could be implementing the ideas from the existing finalized script into the Rey movie. I honestly think Rey cannot go on without Ben nor Ben can go on without Rey, they are a set but seeing Ben's solo project not being made-
