I've been saying this since he got re-elected. There will be no midterms. My rational friends think there will be, but I'd be really surprised if he doesn't straight cancel them by August.

3. My point is is that teaching the Bible in school might not build the Christian army they envision. Instead, it'll only help expose hypocrisy to impressionable and rebellious young minds.

1. I won't age myself too much here, but before common core, my high school senior year English teacher taught "Bible as literature." And, to be fair, he was pretty objective about it. At the time, I was Catholic light, leaning agnostic.
