These are experienced professional footballers,and professional and experienced coaching staff. They plan every detail of these set pieces. Onana doing what he is doing there is clearly part of that.

He looks like he is directing the United players in the Fulham wall. it may be something they worked on in training.
I am not a huge fan of Onana, but people need to calm down and stop reacting negatively every time they see a player doing they don't understand
