Update: I did it.

Wouldn’t surprise me if there was a way, blender seems to have a lot of features.

(Digital, traditional, 2D and 3D animation, and music.)

Surprisingly it works just fine- Chromebooks have support for pen tablets just built in, even though like half the buttons don’t work.

(fyi this project was lost with my old tablet. Rip.)
